Now she has a Jefferson Parish sheriff's deputy who lives in Lakeview near her saying that she saw them having consensual sex parked in the cab -- which would make the cabbie a liar and prove that he really did get a taste of that sexy piece of tail.

Wrong.
She was a bartender at Knuckleheads in Metairie for a while, and she has done some public singing at a few different venues. I heard her sing and she is a pretty good singer.
