Drug Cartels v ISIS: Who wins?

Stemming from a conversation I had with someone about fighting fire with fire. Which one of these ruthless crazy groups could out duel the other. Assuming a consortium of all drug cartels. Tell them if they take them out ISIS they can controls the heroin trade in the ME.

If they are throwing down in the sand box then I'd give ISIS home field advantage. If in Mexico, I'd say the Cartel.

So do the cartels brah. I think the cartels are far more advanced and precise. Especially when it comes to telecom. They have even installed their own cell towers. Plus, they aren't taking over cities and broadcasting it like ISIS does. The cartels indeed infiltrate the cities but they prefer the low profile.
