Drone over Uptown New Orleans

A very large drone hovering stationary over Napoleon/Prytania area. It was there several weeks ago too. Possibly photoing progress of the Corps' drainage project?
Maybe it has something to do with the recent construction related accident. Could it be Google or something like that?
This is a very large drone, not your run of the mill drone.
Anyone know details?

An employee of a subcontractor died of injuries on the Napoleon Project this week. There was only a brief mention in news.

I saw one and it was K&B purple with a fleur de lis on it. It was dropping Hubig Pies and Manuel's Hot Tamales.
