Is it legal for your child to drink with you in a rental cabin in Colorado?

As long as you don't get caught.

You can take the Tiger out St. Tammany, but you can't take the St. Tammany out of the Tiger...

Jesus. He's 18. The law says private residence and I was wondering if that extended to a cabin. Him and I are going on a trip this summer and I was just curious.

Are the Feds in the cabin with you?
I swear people, have some autonomy.
Your castle, you're the king.
Make your house rules and abide by them. As long as you aren't bothering anyone else there won't likely be a problem.

How under 21? Don't most States allow children over 16/17/18 to drink in the presence of their legal guardians?

Probably not, but is the kid 20 or 12?
If yall are just hanging out at the cabin then what is there to worry about? No one else would know unless yall went out somewhere after junior was drunk

You're teaching your son some bad habits. Father of the year over here.

It's been my experience that this is not a good idea. JMO

You're in CO. You should be smoking weed while you can.
