He was teaching the killer in a class. The killer sent him an email last week. Here was Watkins response to Dallas cop killer
"Personally, I would prefer that Micah Johnson be alive, and the truth is that he and those cops would be alive if the police officers weren’t out there consistently killing innocent people"

Why can't we put in on blast that white males are more likely to die from a police encounter than black males?
Once that study came out in the NYTimes to go along with the one in the Wash Post, I started hearing reporters use different terminology. Before BLM were protesting police "unjustly and unproportionately killing blacks". But since that came it, it turned into "police brutality towards blacks". So it's 1991 all over again. But it's just as likely that the numbers mean black men are more likely to fight back in those encounters. Yet THEY STILL die less. Amazing.

Take every adult male in the families of the fallen police officers and throw this guy in a confined area with them for ten minutes. Screw people like this .

I wish this is what actually happened. Just fence off the area, give all the convicted felons in the area automatic weapons on friday and let em know we will check on them on Monday.

While there have been more whites killed by police, they are not more likely to be killed by them. Blacks are killed by a higher rate than whites are.

That's by simple population. And it doesn't tell the story. Read my initial post. It's a lower rate when taking into account police interaction. Which is the key point.

Are you saying that if you go through the amount of interactions that each race has that blacks are killed at a lower rate?

Yes. If you take all the violent crime arrests and take the death total. Whites are likely to be shot 0.21% of the time. Blacks 0.2%. I did the math in another thread using the FBI totals from 2015 a along with the Washington post numbers. They NYT journalist did the same thing and came to the same conclusion. Police do not use lethal force vs blacks any more than vs whites. There is no racial bias during those interactions.

The outrage has to ignore the most glaring stat...crime rate by race. Then the argument has to change....the studies are all biased...the law is racist etc etc
