Yeah it seems like only the stupidest people make it to judge. Where the hell is the judge that gets this kind of shite moving forward. I would have tried to speed up the trial if a piece of shite pulled something like this. I'd be that judge that every bullshite defense attorney hates.

She's probably the best judge on the bench. She just needs to protect the record, as it's a first degree murder where insanity is being alleged, and every step needs to be right so it stands up on appeal.

This whole deal leaves me a little weirded out. From the time I heard it was him to every time I see him on the news. Long story short this guy lived in a brand new duplex I built on peace Ct just off Elysian Fields etc. Some how he got my personal cell which as owner of my company people like this rarely get and he would call me about the most random bs maintenance issues. I would send people and it would be something him or one of his kids would have broken. One time he called me and I happen to be in the area and I had had enough. I went by the duplex and sure enough it's something they had broken so I 1/2 arse loose my shite on him, tell him he is a pos etc and loose my number, call the management number from now on. This while his 4-5 yr old was inside playing grand theft auto on a 60" flat screen. In hind sight as violent of a guy as he turned out to be I guess I'm lucky I didn't have a serious altercation with him that could have ended badly

Evidently he misunderstood when he told his friend he was nervous about going to court and his friend told him to just get a little shitefaced to take the edge off.

Congrats on the subpoena. This is the type of stuff the prosecution would love to hear to refute an insanity claim.

Y'all acting like he gonna get raped like a rapist would in the pen. He killed a cop. Sadly, isn't that legit street cred in lockup? Locked up inmates on NBC sure acted like it was.
