Basically, whoever loses most weight gets the pot of 100$ each (like 1800 total).

Goal for me is to lose 20lbs and use the $ to buy me a new grill + fryer. How hard is it to lose 20 lbs? I am 6'1 and 220

We lift truck nutz instead of weights at the plant. Who ever lifts the most wins a free lift kit.

seems awfully unfair to those that are already in shape and don't have 20 extra pounds to lose.

Start doing a strict Keto diet:

Drink 96+ ounces of water a day

Mix in some cardio.

Rake in the cash.

You're welcome.

See if someone can perform lipo surgery for under $1,800?

Profit the rest.

These contests are bullshite. You basically can't win if you are in moderate shape to begin with. fricking fat people man.

If you're 220 and in good shape, then it's gonna be damn near impossible for you. If you're 220 with a nasty beer gut, you can drop that thing pretty easily

It's a "fitness challenge". I don't care about the money, I'm just saying it's a contest ONLY targeted towards fatties, which on the face of it is great.

But why not involve everyone? Have some sort of pushup contest or mile race or something for the healthy folks.

Well the point of them is to motivate the fat ones in the office to get healthy, no one cares about a middling skinny fat guy losing weight

Is it whoever loses the most weight in proportion to your start weight? Otherwise that's not very fair
