WalMart delivers in certain areas now. It is nice to get the low prices for household stuff without having to physically go to a store

Once. A long time ago. I will occasionally splurge on specialty items, but not too often. I just enjoy Fresh Direct because they do all the packing and deliver to my door. I will pay the premium to avoid crowded grocery stores.

We get it, you live in NYC!

So grocery delivery services are limited to the NYC area?

Apparently not. NawlinsTigah270 just posted this:

So I guess you're just being an a-hole. OK. Carry on.

No, I live in Iowa West, or Denver as most people call it.

I couldn't live in iOwa, I will say the meat is much better there though.

Denver and Phoenix, probably the two biggest Iowa draws outside of the bordering region.

Iowans are everywhere, because there is nothing in Iowa. I am returning in a few weeks for my semi-annual reminder of why I left.

I swear I know more Iowans in Denver than I know iowans in Iowa.

Need to get a home and home series with Colorado. The shite show in Boulder would be legendary.

My wacko wife insists on the "Supernatural" brand of milk only available at whole foods. It's twice the amount of a regular organic brand.

Produce comes from Southside. Freshest and by far the cheapest.

I miss Southside. Used to go there a lot when I went to LSU to buy my fruit, veggies, and trail mixes/nuts. They have great local honey too. Nola technically has like 5 "Farmer's Markets" but they're nowhere near as organized/good as Southside.

Almost all cities have home meat/produce delivery. Even BR has a delivery farmers market service.

I would go there for dinner, drop $30-$40 on egg rolls and pasta salad and not even have enough shite to eat for lunch the next day.

What kind of an idiot would do this? If you would actually spend $40 on egg roll and pasta salad supplies and make your own, you could eat for a week.

We deal with food allergies in my household, and whole foods has some items we cant get elsewhere that are safe. That is the only thing we buy there because of the prices. Rest of our shopping is either, Target, Walmart, WinnDixie, or Sams for the bulk items

If they add one in the New Orleans area I'll go for sure. Most of the Farmer's "Markets" here are only once a week and are basically tent set-ups and people selling items out of their trucks or things like tamales. With that said the best local made item I've had from Hollygrove Market and The Peacebaker are Bella Nut Butters.
