There's a way to call them but I can't remember the number. They'll probably give you the drivers number from there and you'll have to meet them in some parking lot

When my ps4 had to be shipped to the factory they refused to drop it back off at my house because I was never at home even though I left all the signed notes like it says on the website. This continued for about 5 days The one time I left work to wait for it they didn't show up during the window and it turns out it was 4 hours late. They wouldn't drop it off at the FedEx store either

I ended up calling the FedEx store and calmly explaining that I was having trouble receiving a medical device for my elderly grandmother and we were going into the weekend and could they point me in the direction of the warehouse. They gave me the number and I called and they said my package had shipped and if I came and showed id they'd give me the drivers number. I went and they called the driver for me. I met the driver in a high school parking lot and got my ps4 off the truck. Happy ending
