This sounds something like me honestly.
I keep waiting for that drive to impregnate a woman and start a family that most others seem to have, but it just hasn't happened yet, and I'm 35.
I definitely wouldn't call myself asexual though. I like women just fine, but that drive or preoccupation with trying to get laid doesn't dominate me. I get the urge to date once a year, I date for a month, maybe two, then I'm done. I guess that urge was persistent in my 20s before I ever got laid but it's definitely waned since then. Maybe it's low T.
I have a career and a couple of hobbies that I'm very passionate and intense about. I value my free time very much. Squeezing a woman into my schedule would be a chore and she would have to be amazing for me to want to give up my free time. Definitely could happen but I'm not actively looking.

Sounds like you're just very picky.
You won't be bothered or distracted by a woman that isn't perfect for your situation and you'd rather your free time and hobbies than worrying about another human.
