Serious question and it has nothing at all to do with the color of a persons skin so don't even come in here with that shite. I believe that public hangings should be legal for the most heinous of crimes such as Murder, Rape, Etc.

If it was up to me, I would have a had that shooter who shot those cops today hung infront of the State Capital for all to see. I would even go as far to make it televised....that's personally how I believe things should be handled. Make an example of them...stop wasting tax payers dollars so they can sit on death row until they die, let em hang and get on with it.

damn shame what happened to great American citizens today.

Making a spectacle out of death and further cheapening the public perception of life. Sounds like a great idea.

Yeah, but you're a regressive coward.

Yes OP. People seeing the consequences of other people's actions could help influence them.

That wasn't the question, but I'll leave it at that.

No, but I'd be intrigued by public bamboo canings.

It's honestly pretty horrifying how people would get all excited to see public executions back in the day. Thankfully, we live in a much more civilized society.

If we're gonna go that route, why not go all the way?

I'm talking about "hung, drawn, and quartered"

You would notice a dramatic decrease in crimes

If they did, it would be interesting see who actually goes to watch. Good way to identify the sick fricks in town that you don't want to associate with.
