The best thing to do is find really independent people on twitter and Facebook to follow. An easy way to determine if they are a good follow is if during a time like this they are not very extreme or unhinged. They also both support and critique the president, at times.

Twitter is as good a source as anything.

One thing to consider....has news ever been accurate? There may have always been a slant one way or another.

It just said that fights broke out.

Did they mention that the cops were given the order to sand down before the violence broke out? That little nugget of news is coming out from the ACLU this morning.

Unrelated to this issue, but I am far more skeptical of news today.

I love the New York Times, but they are completely untrustworthy on any issue that touches domestic politics.

Honestly it sucks that every major news channel has to push their agendas to appease their audience, one cannot get the full story by watching just one channel

There isn't a cable or broadcast news network whose bias doesn't show in every bit of their reporting.

When I watched the BREXIT returns, I was spoiled by SkyNews. I know they have a slant, but it wasn't so obvious as it is with CNN or CBS.

Not at all. The narrative was written before the event occurred: violent White supremacist descend upon Charlottesville.

The "Unite the Right" assembly was peaceful. They obtained the proper permits, coordinated security, etc. This was a free speech event.

It wasn't until the leftists got involved that things got violent. You'll notice in nearly every clip of "violent White supremacist" its actually a leftist exhibiting violence.

White people exist. White people have the right to express grievances. White people deserve a future. Instead of universal condemnation, perhaps people ought to listen.
