Do you rip nose hairs, or pluck them out with tweezers?

I grab a half dozen or so with my thumb and index, and slowly rip.
I've done the quick rip. It doesn't give me the same efficiency as the slow, but efficient slow rip.
Tweezers are just dumb, and weak. lol at that shite.
