There is a guy on my block that has one of the old school original Hummers. Now that thing is nice.
Obviously not a 500K vehicle...but much nicer than all the cheesy Hummers you see now.

Negative. My neighbor down the street has an M3 and a couple of people have loaded Yukons and Expeditions. There's also a red Chevy Volt a few houses down and the RV people have a loaded Silverado Duramax.
I have a lowly Honda Accord and Subaru Outback, both basic to moderately equipped but fairly new.
As far as vehicles, I'm probably closer to passing boglehead muster than most of my neighbors except for maybe the family with a very well maintained 2003 Chevy Astro and 2009 Camry.
