Jones used to be SUPER into it. Don't say a word to him during the game, yelling at the TV, etc.

Then he realized he was ruining his entire weekend by being pissed off at something so stupid.

Now, it is still extremely important in the sense that we'd never skip watching or anything. We go to most home games (skip the unimportant ones in lieu of couch cuddling). But it isn't nearly as serious as it was for us.

For Saints games, we are in and out of the room.. doing stuff around the house, playing around on the internet, making food, etc. If one of us has something to say during a game, we know better than to go full story mode during a big play.. but we still chat plenty.

Watched the Saints at another poster's house a few weeks ago, and we all watched the game.. but the 4 of us visited just fine too.

That is generally the atmosphere I'm used to, but throw in married couples and kids running around.

I got so drunk I spent halftime puking in her toilet, came back and watched the 3rd quarter with my head on her lap and her taking care of me. I recovered by the fourth and went into depression for a little bit after the game, but she cheered me up quickly.

I think she's a keeper

I met my S/O at LSU, and she loves LSU football just as much as I do. She knows the basics, so I don't have to explain this and that.

She doesn't really care for other sports (or the NFL) but she will let me watch them in peace.

hy do they even act like they like football and are watching the game?

Maybe she wanted to hang out with everyone and not be secluded in another room.

I tend to just nap through the games.

Consider yourself lucky then. Only reason I know is from stupid chicks posting them on their fb wall. I also encountered a woman's bathroom at a bar this past weekend that had them plastered all over the walls.
