Do you ever delete LinkedIn contacts?

I deleted this one annoying arse State Farm agent. Posted daily about stupid insurance shite. LinkedIn is not a free advertisement to sell overpriced insurance

My contacts are private. This cuts down on BS crap. I only accept invites from hookers anymore, too.

Nah. I rarely get on LinkedIn unless I get a direct message so I don't really mind having a lot of contacts in case I'm looking for a job one day.

A recruiter kept contacting me at work on my work email and phone. I told him to stop multiple times. He did. Six months later, he did it again. I told him to stop. He did. Four months go by and he did it again. I contacted my HR department. They had IT block their domain, and black balled them from being able to recruit inside the company.
He contacted me again on LinkedIn and I turned him in to LinkedIn as a stalker and got him blocked from access to my profile.

Yeah that's extreme. I've had them stalk me at work before. Call the secretary and get my extension but I just let it go to vm and don't call them back. I haven't had that level of stalking.

Big in my big 4 days when I was marketable lol they would just call the office and pitch whoever picked up

I deleted my LinkedIn account several years ago. Random people I had never met would send me an invite, never look at my profile, and never send me a message. I never understood what that crap was for.

Same. I may not work in an industry where it's heavily used (or I'm just slow), but I don't understand the point. When I started getting requests from coworkers of my boyfriend's ex wife, I deleted.
