Do you do a fist bump instead of a handshake?

In situations where clearly a handshake would be appropriate, do you bump fists instead of shake hands?
I noticed a Shreveport lawyer fist bumping everyone before Court.
Personally, I'm old school - I just slap five with everyone I see.
ETA: Slap ten if it is the Judge.

I vigorously shake hands with children and bump fists with old ladies. Everyone else gets the finger.

I'll shake a hand when it's necessary but I'll go with the bump most of the time.

Either fist bump or bump elbows if someone is eating at work in the crew room otherwise it's a handshake/thumb wrestle hand grip/ snap your fingers.

Handshake if I know them well
