Cut the grass when it's tall...mow the lawn when I'm on schedule.

When I lived in Baton Rouge I always wondered what a hosepipe was. Being from New Orleans, I never heard that word until I lived in BR. Is the hosepipe connected to the rest of the pipes in your house? Is the hosepipe like the water pipe? Curious minds want to know.

Both. I refer to the chore both ways. I have 3/4 acre of Bermuda grass that I mow with a self propelled mower with a nice little Toro engine. It's good exercise for my messed up leg. Made my first spring cut this afternoon matter of a fact.
