If I want to put my dong in her sausage wallet for the night, smoking is the first thing I look for.

Long-term girlfriend or marriage material, smoking is an absolute dealbreaker

Am I a jerk for not even considering a woman as a potential if she smokes?

Nope.
First time I kissed a smoker, I felt gross. It was just different.
Smells awful. Huge waste of money. Unhealthy.
After a while, smokers don't realize the smell. But it's there.

Smoking is nasty - the smell gets all in their clothes, hair, pores, inside their vehicle and home and yellows their teeth. The ones that get me are the men and women that hold their cigarette out of their vehicle while driving. Idiots. If you don't like the smell, don't smoke.

"She tasted like cigarettes." - Forrest Gump

All of this. It pisses me off when I'm sitting at a red light and trashy mctrasherson in front of me is holding their cancer stick outside of their car so the smell can get sucked into my truck.

I like the trashies that use the red light stop as a dump for their ash trays

It depends.

Relationship - Absolute deal breaker

Short term fling - I could do it, but she better not expect me to kiss her after she's been doing that.

one thing not mentioned is that smoking keeps your weight down, when she quits smoking she is going to gain weight.

i had a girlfriend who smoked. She was trying to quit, but couldn't. She dumped me, and quit smoking a few months later. She proceeded to gain 20 lbs, then her new BF dumps her....she started smoking again. So she was fat and a smoker.

It was awesome way to point and laugh after her rejecting me.

smoking makes your skin age poorly.. so if you want you wife to look good long term then don't go with a smoker. Also the smell is gross. maybe on occasion if she's drinking it could slide. but if she smokes regularly its a 100% deal breaker.

My sinuses don't allow it. It's also just annoying.
