I don't live on the westbank but have to go to "Downtown" Gretna a couple times a month for work.
Can I get away with just changing my license plate?

Doesn’t really matter. Gretna cops come after you whether you owe money or not.

They’ll send them to a collection agency. Dispute it with them and see if they drop it.

Nothing will come if it. They’ll threaten you with a letter if you don’t pay. You’re not given a chance to litigate the ticket in court, and they simply expect you to pay.
