bring lunch every day ... usually keep some deli meat/condiments in the fridge ... bread in one of the storage spaces ... sometimes eat cereal (cinn toast crunch rocks at lunch!) ... or buy an extra egg/bacon taco on the way in the morning ...

I would usually switch it up. Bring leftovers some days, eat out others.

Work out every day on my lunch hour. Eat leftovers or a plate lunch at my desk. Prefer leftovers. Commercial meals are expensive and everything starts tasting the same after a while. Might as well save the money and try to be healthy at the same time

I bring lunch almost everyday. Very boring Mr. Roger's type shite. But I know what I'm eating and save money. I don't understand how people eat a big lunch. I just want to take a nap when I do.

This is why when you eat out, you make sure it's also leftovers that can last you 2-3 days.

A pizza can last an entire weekend for example.

I only have 45 min so 90% of the time I eat at my desk then go outside and sit in my truck and get some sunlight. We have a full kitchen so we can cook what we want.

Usually go home and eat.

This and on days where I know I might not make it home for lunch I bring a lunch.

The crockpot is a Godsend for dinner and leaves plenty of leftovers on days when you need a lunch for work.
