Do parents with ugly babies know they have ugly babies?

Or is there no way a parent could ever consider their child to be hard on the eyes?
If they do know the baby/child is ugly, how does one handle it? Does there come a time when you start to panic because the kid isn't growing out of it?
Are there any parents here with ugly kids? How are you handling it?

I dont have any kids and I dont ever want to have any.

Surprisingly, I actually wasn't a very cute baby. I wasn't ugly, per se, but I wasn't cute.
By the age of like 5 though, you could tell I was going to very handsome.

My son was ugly as hell when he was born. His head looked like an Egyptian Pharaoh when he came out of the birth canal, once his head went back to right correct shape and the bruising went away he turned out all right.

Most parents see their babies as the cutest baby in the world. Except for my mom, who isn't afraid to tell me and my sister we were not that cute at first, but as we got older we got cuter and that my brother was cute from day 1.
She also thought my niece was ugly when she was born. She is a pretty young woman now (no pics you sick fricks), but my mom will tell her "Blanche, you are so beautiful now, but when you were born you were the ugliest baby I ever saw"

No, I have a few friends...and I know this sounds awful...just have the fugliest kids. Of course they are ALWAYS showing me dance pictures etc
