So someone rejected her for not having enough specific experience for the role that they were trying to fill? Sometimes people just want to hire someone that is plug and play. I'm not sure how cheerleading has anything to do with whatever job it was that they were discussing. There's a difference between "bullying" and hiring the best fit for a company's needs. Don't like, acquire the appropriate skills and reapply.

Anyone under 25 has no clue what real world is or experience. In anything. And that's ok.

Did she drop out of Penn? Seems pretty dumb, if so.

I think she was saying she took classes there while in high school.

Chill out. Your fine history here has created a pass for you on this. No need to change your LinkedIn for now.

Factual on both accounts with 1 exception; the older folks (me included) are right

This girl with all her real world experience has yet to realize that people like to hire people who are easy to work with...not whiny bitches

Personally, I respect the older generation because I feel they have many life lessons and a different perspective on how to handle situations in life. I think some older people could learn how to better use modern technology for their own convenience.

And by and large, these generalizations are true. The difference is, and this difference is crucial, is that a dinosaur like myself could take an afternoon or two and learn to use most of the newer technology to a level of effectiveness.

Life lessons take years for the experiences to pile up and to learn their meanings and uses.

lol at this girl. She thinks because she held a job in High School, was on the dance team in College, and graduated early, that she is qualified just because of that?

Get over yourself. Your worth is what someone is willing to pay you. What a drama queen

Example #1 why she is unprofessional and lacks real world experience

Bingo.

I will not hire her because this shows a high level of unprofessionalism. The statement also shows that she will have hard time being a "team player" as she keeps the focus centered on her accomplishments (from High School) and states nothing about accomplishments on the job.

If you were good enough at your job, your company wouldn't hire people like me to tell you how to do it.

I used "me" in the generic sense.....BUT, since we are on the subject, those that CAN, DO.

Those that CAN'T, either teach, consult, or drive trucks.....

I mean, are they not entitled? If they weren't, we wouldn't think they were....

This chick seems like she has her shite together. But she seems to be the exception, not the rule. No one is saying ALL younger generation kidsare useless, but there a ton that are useless.

Just like there are a ton of useless older generation people.
