Apparently this is becoming a major issue now with grown mens playing video games all Hours of the night. To the point its costing them their families. Blame Drugs and guns all you want but the answer is hiding in plane sight.

Jody does not play video games.
Jody plays for keeps.

So what is the tie in with drugs, guns and divorce because guys play games?

I don't see an issue playing after the kids and the wife go to bed. Women who think men should come to bed with them at the same time every night of the week without having any alone time are the problem. Not the men trying to get away from everything for a few hours.

In 2011 going through divorce, I took a 2nd job delivering pizza at night in Pville area.
I was taken aback by the number of 25-35 yr old married fathers I'd see playing video games at 630pm on a week night while the wife was clearly doing housework, chasing babies, ordering supper, etc.
I can vouch this is most likely a legit marital issue.

I once installed League of Legends and immediately went bankrupt, had my wife leave me, lost my job, my dog wandered off from home, I gained 150 lbs, and developed acne.... all at the same time.
Video games, not even once.

While your family us up and wanting your attention, you should make them your priority. But there's nothing wrong with staying up and playing with your buddies after they all go to bed.

I live 45 minutes north of Atlanta’s airport. Sometimes the landing pattern has them fly within visabilty from our backyard. We are getting divorced because they aren’t always visible. Wish they wouldn’t hide most of the time.

I know a 35 year old man with 2 children that probably logs 8+ hours per day playing video games. Unreal

Having your woman do all the work while you relax seems like the alpha move everyone on here is always clamoring about. Props to those guys.

My friend is a psychiatrist and he sees this all the time. He says these men start playing video games and the next thing you know they've run off with some guy in their "clan" and left their wives

About 2 years ago a 20 something college guy, here in Lafayette, worked out with his girlfriend and friends at the gym (yes Red's). She was a great looking girl. However, every time I was near the guy he was talking about video games with his friends (in detail non stop and totally engrossed). Time after time if I was near them they were talking about video games. Well I thought nothing of it but didn't see him w/ the girl for a while. About 2 months ago, while he was talking about video games again and moved on, a couple other guys his age started talking about how he broke up w/ his girlfriend b/c she told him to choose her or video games. WTF ! I saw the guy last week and he was still talking about video games

Exactly. Nothing wrong with hobbies when kids are at practices/asleep/school/etc.
And I'm no example of good husbanding but I have 2 exes and a shitload of wisdom on what NOT to do.
I often wanted to shake some sense into their asses like "Get your head out your arse or you're gonna end up slangin pizzas at 40 yrs old to pay child support."

He must have a 10" cock and gets paid to play video games or baby momma is going to be looking to fill that void pretty soon.
