In the first video the guy was obviously a thug POS so it was ok, in the second the guys were detained and the cop should be arrested

What did I do? In one video the guy was rioting on the streets and extending his hands towards police, in the other the guys were detained. It looks like there were coloreds in each video so don't make it a racial thing

Oh I see. The guy backing up as the officers told him to do was the "thug". The other two who were already arrested for committing a crime, not so much. Got it.
The officers clearly crossed the line in both videos.

You don't know why they were detained and it isn't the cops jobs to hand out justice. They can however protect themselves on the streets. Once someone is in custody, especially in a cell, there is zero reason to assault them

Are you blind? In the first video the guy reached both hands out TOWARDS the cops while causing trouble on the streets. In the 2nd the guy was sitting peacefully in a cell.
