That wasn't all of it. The city was really pissed that people weren't bound to pay them for that reason but also because they wanted them to have the same legal weight and insurance consequences as tickets handed out by police.

So they're currently shopping around for a new contract that meets those needs, though considering budget issues, I don't think this will happen soon.

'Rope a Dope' Robideaux had a plan all along to give his buddy's, Mike Michot, kickback company (American Traffic Solutions) the contract. Wait for it, it's coming.... for your safety of course.
