Diagnose this crazy bastard and tell me what he's talking about

SAY WHAT
Backstory: a buddy and I got nice and drunk, and possibly other things, all night downtown. Headed home, stop at a gas station, this guy walks up and starts in on this tyrade. Probably between 2am-4am.
He drove a newish red Wrangler covered in stickers.
To me, it is still one of the more polarizing videos to watch because of the insane things he claims to be true
