How can they say there was no video evidence when she got busted because the boy was showing all of his friends the videos?

she pled to probation in st charles, not guilty in JP
respess still faces a "failure to report" charge in JP

she had charges in 2 parishes
she's already pled to obscenity in St. Charles Parish
these were charges that alleged she also committed crimes in Jefferson Parish. apparently, the JP district attorney couldn't prove any of the sex happened within the confines of JP
