I thought this dock was supposed to be part of the new Water Campus, but the deck/supports leading to the docks proper has mostly been demo'd.

Anyone know what's going on?

Would you trust that shite to support a new building?

Have you seen the condition of that structure in the last couple of years? No way it could be deemed sound enough to support much more than its own weight.

They are knocking it down and will rebuild it. Heard about it on Monday.

Was once known as the Bat Cave, where young coeds used to go late at night to do private things in a semi-private place.

Then the police starting making rounds up on the levee, and that ended that.
