I was between jobs years ago and went to a sales training class at Toyota of Plano (Texas), the General Manager admitted that they do free oil changes so they can get the cars/trucks in and find other issues to upcharge for.
I found this to be shitty AF and walked out

You've got that right...a friend of mine asked me to help him change the plugs on his wife's Porsche Boxster. Never again. It took us 8hrs. You have to drop the engine to change them.
Those cars should never need the plugs changed. When it starts running bad just throw that bitch in the trash and get a different car.
