Dave and Buster's is 10 years too late in NO. Now they'll have to pick up the pieces until somebody gets murdered in the parking lot.

I don't think there's been a murder in the CBD/warehouse district in something like 18 months. It's absurdly safe.

And the last one was bw some clowns who knew each other and got into a fight.

You know what's sad? Someone that was miserable living in Louisiana had to move across the country to Pheonix to try and find happiness and still isn't happy so that person has to criticize and talk down about the place that didn't welcome her to begin with.

South market area is blowing up. Young professionals with cash all over that neighborhood.

This, which is the whole point of the location.

Pa-Pow

I mean PNX Metro is ranked 12th in the U.S. , you would hope that it would have all the amenities one were to ask for. Unfortunately the place isn't big event friendly at all and you better want to spend some time in a vehicle going from suburb to suburb to get the full experience.

At least I'm not alone. As evidenced by the numerous other people that admit on this very board how shitty Louisiana is as a state compared to the rest of the country.

I've yet to see you admit to any of the negative things about LA that are obviously true. Someone can post stats and facts to back it up and you will argue each and every one of them.

I'm skeptical. A few bad weekends and this place could have a rep it won't overcome

Maybe it has nothing to do with the location, maybe it's the person.

Yeah that just isn't correct at all. At least be correct in your insults.

I don't think you'd be happy living anywhere and in order to feel better about yourself you will always come back to talking down on Louisiana even though you haven't lived here in nearly 20 years.
