Dauphin Street Beer Festival in Mobile

Any Mobile area posters going this year? I've been to a few beer fests in the last couple of years and this was one of my favorites. The scenery was ridiculous last year and they pour larger beers than most of the other festivals I've been to. You can easily drink $75 worth of beer for only $25. Anyone going next Saturday?

I'm in Colorado, so no. But I've been before, and will have a lot of family there. It's a damn good beer fest.
One funny thing about it though, is the best brewers tend to be at one of the gay bars. And since a lot of mobile people won't go inside, the best beers have no lines, and the taps don't run dry.

I'm thinking about going this year. It was so. damn. hot. last year. I did get black out drunk though, so I had that going for me, which was nice.

they are selling tickets at The Brickyard. I was there last night after work, pretty sure you can still get tickets at Boo Radley's or the Soul Kitchen too.
got mine at Boo's last year.
don't know if I'm gonna go this year. I don't drink a lot of craft beer.

Liquor mainly.

Just walk around boozin bro. The beers last year were pretty tasty. Of course I over indulged and made bad decisions

Funny, I did the same thing you did at last year's event. Ended up at The Bicycle Shop doing free Fireball shots after the festival. Went to the Molly Ringwalds at Soul Kitchen that night and the next thing I remember I'm making out with some girl in the middle of the bar. Fun night but got WAY too drunk. I'm staying away from any all shots this year though..lol.
