I think he is sort of on PJs level. Admins probably don't take him serious enough to warrant a ban.

Exactly. I mean if Bushmaster threatened to kill someone its just a tad bit different than when Darth does it!

How do you, and others like you, keep from getting banned?
You start a thread with sole express purpose of ridiculing another poster. That's okay? Some of you are in every thread the guy posts in, within minutes, posting the same old worn out BS. That's okay?
The only time I've every seen the guy blow up is after being antagonized by people like you. I've never seen him start a fight on TD, yet somehow, y'all think he's the a-hole.
