Was gonna do a weekend in Hot Springs since it's so close, but decided on New Orleans last minute. So glad I came. This might just be my overall favorite American city.

Super nice people, great food, so much history, the past and present coming together to make one great city. Hadn't been here since 2006 when Remnants of Katrina were everywhere. So glad to see this amazing city bounce back!

I was in the Quarter this week and heard two people on separate occasions proclaim "This is the most amazing place I have ever been!" The city is indeed thumping-not without warts- but it is swinging.

Smells like arse, homeless people everywhere, thugs everywhere, can't walk around at night because you'll probably get robbed. One of my least favorite places in Louisiana.

It's doing fine without you. Be happy elsewhere. Everybody else is smiling and having a great time when not being murdered and robbed.
