On Halsey Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, a crackhead set himself on fire as he apparently put the lighter back in his pocket without taking the thumb off it to shut off the flame. ***** reported that the crackhead returned home and fell asleep without noticing that he was burned. It wasn’t until after he sobered up and woke up when he saw his burns, and his family called an ambulance that took him to New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell. He’s said to be in stable condition.
