I had the same tiling issue for a while. Ask for one of their senior techs to come out and look at it. Mine ended up beingas simple as rearanging the lines at the splitter in the attic. Once he put all my dvrs on the same splitter and my other tvs on another, all has been right.
But they are steadily raising my bill. Just went over $200/month this month with just middle tier internet and lightwave with no premium channels. Thats just too much

I was paying 100$ a month for Cox for just internet 50mbs. Using fast.com I was getting 1mbs maybe. Right next to the modem. To be fair I was getting 150mbs if I plugged an Ethernet cable from modem to my laptop, but I’m paying 100$ to get at least 50 around my entire house and that’s not what I’m getting. I called eatel was very pleased with there customer service and after talking I was sold so they are sending a tech to install Tuesday. She said it usually cost 150$ but she Knocked off a 100$ so I had to pay 50$ installation fee, I probably could have fought for more but I was just ready to be done with cox. I call cox after and tell them I’m ready to cancel. He says well I can lower your cost to make you stay (this annoys me and I already called to lower my bill 3 months ago) so I tell him no because I asked months ago to lower my bill and he gives me some excuse that they are only allowed certain discounts a month. I said okay that’s cool cancel my service. So he puts me on hold for 10 minutes then comes back and says he will drop my bill 10$ and give me 300 MBs. I probably would have taken the offer but I already had ordered eatel and I was just sick of cox. So I hang up and they immoderately shut off my internet before I hung up!
Fed up with cox.

I was a Cox customer before moving to the AP. We went to satellite for a little while than Eatel. We have been very satisfied with Eatel’s products and services. They will usually get a technician out the same day if you call early enough.
