I've had Cox internet the entire seven years I've been here in baton rouge. It's perfectly fine. People just think it's cool to bitch and whine about it.

I'm switching to a Cox business Internet plan. Unlimited data and they give you a direct office number to call and if you need service they guarantee a tech will be there within 3 hours. Cost twice as much though.

I usually don't complain about Cox but it's been extremely shitty today after being partly shitty for 2-3 months.
