I still don’t have service in the Jefferson Terrace / Bluebonnet Terrace area. I get a black screen and then maybe 2/3 seconds of intermittent service and then black again.

You should call once per quarter and request account cancellation because you are signing with a competitor. If you did that with everyone of your services you'd save a couple hundred bucks here and there. They aren't gonna let you go without making it rain.

Is anybody else still not up in Baton Rouge? ’m in Jeff Terrace area and I get grey screen and then maybe 2 or 3 seconds of a frozen intermittent picture and then back to grey screen . Cox says they can’t make it out here until Thursday and I’m just wondering if this will resolve on its own and part of a more widespread area or if it’s unique to me ? I’ve done everything I can on my end at this point except kill a mothafricker.

Let me let some of you in on a little secret. Just about all of them suck.

We are in Jefferson Terrace too. We lost cable/internet late Friday night, but it was back up and working by the time we woke up yesterday morning. Haven’t really had any issues since then. Hopefully they can fix your issue when they come out.

My internet service went out early Friday morning before the big outage that night. Called and set-up appt for tech to come out Saturday morning between 8-10. No one showed or called at 10. Cox informed me they cancelled the tech because they assumed it would be repaired when everything came back on. My internet didn't and I called them back and now they're saying 4 days before they can schedule a tech....
Of course first thing they do after troubleshooting is to try and sell me an upgrade.
