I'm tired of watching pixilated crap. I have been a customer for 32 years.

They mandated that I install a HD box. Free for a year.

I have had to use my time to be present for a technician 2x. Still screwed up. I've had enough.

Dish or DirectTV?

they are about the same...just look at the packages and find the one that has the most stuff that you like to look at...

Hey, if the Millenium Falcon can have a big satellite dish on its roof, so can my abode!

My Cox bill had gotten to be outrageous. I had cable, Internet, and home phone. I saw that they had much cheaper packages for new customers with better service and speeds, so I called them up to ask for a price reduction. They gave me the finger so I switched to ATT/Direct TV with better service and for over $100 less. Plus some incentives to switch.

It's supposed to be installed later this week. I hope I didn't make a mistake. It'll be good to tell Cox to suck it!

If Cox was on the NYSE, I would short it big time.

Every one of my neighbors, even my Dentist who I saw today is complaining. He has TVs in every room.

If I want to get rid of the pixelation, I can revert to the old cable and get channels 2-8. I still have to pay for channels that looks like a multicolored checkerboard.

I'm pissed. I spent an hour with an online tech, that had me..."do this, do that".

Got Direct TV last month, after yeas of Cox crap. Much happier with perfect picture all the time, even rain and cloudy, and plenty of channels for 60% off what I was paying, and tons of memory/dvr room. Very happy, and $10/mo offcif combine with my at&t cellphone bill

Dishes are trashy as hell.

COX has never really done me wrong. I only go to them for cable but I'm an 11 year content customer.
