Cox - if your connection seems a little slow..

...disconnect your receiver's power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in

I've been experiencing slowness on both WWW and TV for the past month. Did the re-power tonight and now everything is flying.

Just a tip for fellow-OTers

It took you a month to try this? Your connection ain't the only thing that's a little slow.

they have been working on stuff this past month.. and after services came back on you might have needed a refresh/reboot of all that to get back your normal speeds.

so keep this in mind next time. always try a power cycle first when you have slow internet speeds etc..

Wrap the ends of the antenna in tin foil......

If you're just now learning that, you might want to go ahead and upgrade your modem to docsis 3.0 while you are at it.
