Never heard of a canalope tree, is this something new?
Why would you need burglar bars in nice neighborhood?

why wouldn't you.

You won't have to install them after the hood goes to shite once you move your trashy family in.

You aren't living right if you haven't had to unlock the burglar bar door with a key everytime you need to let someone in.

Because it's a $125k house. Nice neighborhood is relative.

I guess it's not bad for an investment house, though I'm not sure on the suggested rental value on this neighborhood.

Wouldn't autocorrect use the correct spelling though? Cantaloupe vs Canalope

That listing is 2 months old. If it hasn't sold by now at that price, there's something wrong with it.

Yeah it's the next hot area. You should totally move your family there while its still cheap.
