In layman's terms, if you can leave it in the car prior to coming in you can be banned for it. Hoodies fall under this as a reason to ban someone, skin color does not.

That's the first I have seen the video but it is very similar to America. Blacks are to busy trying to bring Asians into the oppressed side to label them racist. Nothing to see here.
