I grow 'organic' (though not USDA certified, goddamn bureaucrats) because customers demand it, and it makes for healthy soil, not because organic is inherently healthier. It's not.

Why would the companies that want us to buy their products give us cancer? We can't buy their shite if we are dead. Seems like they aren't thinking that through.

Because what they are using to make these products is cheaper then quality ingredients. Cancer just happens to be one of many side effects. They don't care if they give us cancer. They only want to make money. They know we will keep breeding anyway.

Fair enough. I thought you were talking about GMO produce, which is safe, as far as we know.

That said, there exists plenty of dairy products made from milk that do not contain growth hormones. No one is making you buy it.
