yeah, they didn't really do much, but fun to watch, nonetheless.

I don't think Conor would last more than :30 IRL, it would be real, real bad.

As soon as he gets a hold of McGregor it's over.

Remember what he did to the Red Viper? Expect way worse.

Because of his sheer size, the Mountain could literally just start hammering away at any part of McGregor and eventually beat him into submission.

Viper had him beat but then talked too much.

So yeah, probably the same with Conor.

You know that part near the beginning where Bjornnson goes for kind of a light hold? If that was an actual fight to the death he would have crushed McGregor's skull and broken his spine.

McGregor wouldn't have been that lazy though, in a real fight. The problem is that if the big guy gets one or two decent shots, it's over. Conor would have to try to wear him out to stand a chance.

They have weight classes for a reason. Mountain in a landslide (no pun intended).

Fun fact: there's a weightclass in belator where anyone can fight anyone regardless of weight differences

Size and weight mean a lot, especially when you've got a foot and 250ish pounds on a guy like McGregor. He wouldn't stand a chance.

Are those fights sanctioned in the US? If so what's state allows that?

Is that new?

Because I haven't seen any open weight fights other than a couple of main event fights

I have no idea, I heard it on an MMA radio show and they were just briefly mentioning it in reference to some old fight. It may be an out dated class

Remember when the UFC didn't have weight classes?
