I can see this working for the Ivy League and Patriot League, as neither get scholarships.
Any school giving athletic scholarships? They will find a way to circumvent this.

Ah yeah this makes total sense.
They should be forced to get the same sort of pay and benefits the service employees get then.

Those poor Dartmouth kids aren’t getting anything in return for their basketball skills. It’s not like it’s an Ivy League school that costs about $100k/ year…

just means more lawsuits
if you are an employee then the school can fire you for performance but I guess any player that is fired will sue the school with the backing of the union
