Damn I went to high school with that guy

Yeah drug addict here clean and sober 5 years. Had a problem with opiates before I swapped and did meth one time for four years ha. Cold turkey is miserable but if you aren’t prescribed amd are buying off street the you can prob find suboxone. Get two strips and cut up to last t you six days til withdrawals subside. Won’t do you any good good to take opiates with it cause it blocks those receptors in brain. Or find a dr amd do it the right way but do not stay on longer than a week or your swapping from one to the other and suboxone wd are twice as bad. Main thing is you gotta wanna quit so if your mind ain’t made up your wasting ur time. Beat of luck

if its opioids you are in for a ride from what i heard, never experienced myself. if you are very concerned you can seek medical help. Buprenorphine is a very common drug to help wean and taper off, but comes with its own side effects. You are gonna feel like shite, but wont die, unlike alcohol withdrawal which can kill you.

I am under a doctors care. This is my fourth day. I chills all over my body. It feels like when you sneeze you get that tingle on your back if you know. It’s that but all over your upper body. Outside is too hot and indoor is too cold. I’m nauseated. I’ve gotten my sleep back though it’s a lot of tossing and turning. That’s basically it right now.

I've heard there is an over the counter drug that you can get that helps....I think it was called heorin if I'm not mistaken. I've heard you can even buy it outside of stores on the street.

That’s quite a broad spectrum of suggested drugs, don’t ya think?

Hearing so many stories like this have made me all but swear off these type of drugs after any injury/medical procedure.

My threshold for taking these type of meds is, it has to be at the level where dying would be a relief. Which, I've been there before after some procedures.

Big food and big pharma are just thugs.

Not pharmaceutical, but day 5 of no caffeine and I'm a raging dick right now.
