Comcast let someone sign up using my email. Game on

I've taken control of their account now. I have called Comcast no less than 5 times to get my email off of the account. They refused. So it's time to play hardball. So far I've changed all of their TV settings to nothing over G rated content. And I ordered them a new DVR receiver. What next?

It's amazingly easy to add all kinds of services online.
I've changed their PIN, the parental locks PIN and I even locked all of their channels for about 10 minutes. Comcast let's me see when TVs are online. This person is 9 kinds of pissed right now but it's only just begun. You shouldn't have used my email address.

What on earth is the advantage of using someone else's email address for Comcast? It makes absolutely no sense.
