Annnd...they interviewed a tranny too.

No, the UT code prohibits any writing, image, or performance that is considered obscene from taking place on campus. They specify that obscenities are anything that are defined under Texas statute 43.21. But, it looks like that statute has been overturned everywhere except for areas covered by the TX 13th Court of Appeals which doesn't cover Austin: LINK

I get their point, they're saying that if dildos aren't allowed due to obscenity, why would guns be allowed due to live threats?
Of course, the problem with this argument is that someone who carries for the hell of it doesn't pose a threat. It's just a reflection of their fears.
