Sad stuff. I'll never understand why some suicidal people want to take others with them.

Looking deeper into this guy he was probably a sociopath and the people around him never meant much more to him than an ant. When faced with his dreams crumbling he just said frick it.

It's not suicide if you murder 150 people. Just awful.

I've watched a ton of movies, this has cover-up written all over it.

I will say this again. I think so too. There was an American contractor who worked in the us geospatial office on the plane. Odd they had an answer to why he downed the plane within hours of the accident.

It's only a matter of time until cell phone videos from inside the plane get leaked.

This is it right here. He didn't crash a planeload of people into a mountain because he was "depressed".

With the near military-grade steel cockpit doors, did the captain have any chance at all to open the door? Supposedly, he couldn't open it with a crowbar or ax. What would he have needed to get the door open?

A code that wasn't being overwritten by the co-pilot

A grenade cant open the door, literally. (at least that's what CNN said)

Oh for sure. I've dealt with depression before. The thought of killing people never crossed my mind for a single second. Lots of suicidal people actually think "how can I minimize the cleanup?" This dude was the opposite. So no, not just depressed.

I will never understand why people think that creating some big conspiracy and taking down a plane full of people is somehow a good way to "take someone out".

If this guy was the target, he could have easily been murdered with the quickness with no clues left behind much easier than creating this plane crash.

That sounds suspicious as hell. Who researches suicide? Or was it researching hotlines or help groups?

It's simple- use the axe, pierce the fuselage, cockpit doors open automatically with decompression.

Hopefully this doesn't lead to some kind of overregulation of anyone diagnosed with depression or anxiety flying a plane.
