Yeah, they did something to that effect, but IIRC the laws were already put into place, which is why some gun companies (Magpul) left Colorado for other progun states.

There are no uniform qualities that apply over the entire stevia and indica strains. I don't know where she got that from. The dopiest weed I ever smoked was a setiva, and I've smoked indices that were all over the spectrum.
And if course, there are several hybrid blends of both.
